. Plug the reader into an available USB port on your computer or host device.
. An LED indicator will light up to confirm power.
. Your operating system will automatically detect and configure the device. The device is plug and play.
Drivers are already present in major OS.
. If the driver installation is required, use native CCID driver to install it on windows. No driver installation is
needed for macOS & Linux.
. Do not insert foreign objects into the slots.
. Only insert one card per slot. Do not insert SIM card into the full-size slot.
. Insert your contact smartcard (chip first, face up) into the main slot of the reader.
. Gently push until the card is fully seated.
. The card will be automatically detected and processed by any compatible application.
. Insert your SIM card (chip first, face up) into the smaller slot of the reader.
. Ensure the card is aligned and do not force it in.
. The reader becomes available to any PC/SC-compliant software once connected.
. You can use software such as:
. Middleware for digital signatures (e.g., OpenSC)
. Cryptographic wallet software
. SIM card programming tools
. If smartcard is not detected, ensure card is fully inserted, check orientation.
. If SIM card is not recognized, ensure inserted in correct slot and properly aligned
